Cancellations Policy

This policy is provided as a clear, plain-English summary. Pimlico Dental should have it reviewed against its current data-protection and regulatory obligations before publication.

We reserve time especially for you. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice, that time cannot be offered to another patient in need of care. This policy explains our terms.

Giving notice

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice by calling 0207 233 5600 or emailing info@pimlicodental.com.

Late cancellations & missed appointments

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or not attended, may be subject to a charge.
• For longer or specialist appointments we may request a deposit at the time of booking, which is redeemable against your treatment.

We understand emergencies happen and will always consider individual circumstances with fairness.
