This was a long term patient of ours, who came to us after getting food stuck in the area. Diagnosis was Chronic PAP. We decided to electively treat as this tooth would require a deep distal crown afterwards. The case was relatively straightforward apart from the restorative, which was complicated by restriction in opening and the mesially inclined 7.
