UL1 Sclerosed Canal

PRIMARY TREATMENT- UL1 SCLEROSED CANAL- ELECTIVE FOR INTERNAL BLEACHING
This patient presented to us after the GDP struggled to find the entrance to the canal where one would expect. After careful troughing with US, we managed to get a size 8 C Pilot to bite. We enlarged only to a size 20 MTwo, obturated and filled with a GIC cap, all ready for internal bleaching.
Advice: This was only possible with proper magnification and illumination.
