UL6 Limited Mouth Opening

PRIMARY TREATMENT- UL6 PATIENT WITH LIMITED OPENING
This patient was asymptomatic on presentation however wanted a long-term solution. We decided to electively root treat as this would later require a crown. Treatment of the curved MB system required careful hand filing (6-15) before rotary pathfinders were introduced.
We advised to have the tooth crowned.
