We are welcoming new patients. Here is exactly what happens at your first appointment, what it costs, and how to book.
What your first appointment includes
Your first visit is a full examination rather than a quick look. It gives us a complete picture of your mouth so that anything we recommend afterwards is based on evidence rather than guesswork.

What it costs
Your exact examination fee is confirmed when you book. If any treatment is recommended, you receive a written plan and quotation before anything begins, and nothing is carried out without your agreement. See the full fee list.
If you would prefer to spread the cost of routine care, Denplan Care is a monthly membership starting from £34.16 per month, with a one-off £15 registration fee. Which band you fall into is confirmed after your assessment.
Considering implants or cosmetic treatment?
An assessment with one of our general dentists to discuss dental implants or cosmetic dentistry is complimentary. Assessments with a specialist are charged: an orthodontic assessment with Dr Alejandro is £125, and an implant assessment including a CBCT scan where needed is £125, deductible from treatment if you proceed.
When we are open
Monday to Friday, 9:00–13:00 and 13:30–17:30. Saturdays 9:00–16:00. We are at 120 Regency Street, Victoria, London SW1P 4AP — a short walk from Pimlico and Victoria stations. If you are coming from Victoria, see our Victoria practice page for directions.
