This patient was referred to us for treatment of a recently placed crown which the patient wanted to save. Diagnosis of Acute PAP with draining sinus, which proved useful for the proper diagnosis with a GP point. Standard protocol for cleaning and shaping to fill 3 independent canals and core to be placed at the GDP’s request.
