This patient presented to us after the GDP struggled to find the entrance to the canal where one would expect. After careful troughing with US, we managed to get a size 8 C Pilot to bite. We enlarged only to a size 20 MTwo, obturated and filled with a GIC cap, all ready for internal bleaching. Advice: This was only possible with proper magnification and illumination.
